We start with a thorough video analysis of your stroke so you understand exactly what's stopping you from swimming further without getting winded, having your shoulders burn, or feeling like your legs are dragging. No more guessing why you can only swim 100-200 meters before needing a break. You'll learn exactly what needs fixing as we break down 3-5 specific stroke faults we see in your stroke, help you understand what efficient technique looks like, and give you the exact drills to fix each issue.
Plus, we'll assess your current endurance capacity and discuss your specific T100 goals and race day concerns.
Based on your stroke analysis and overall assessment, you will get weekly workouts tailored to your current ability, pool access and Dubai schedule that will systematically fix your specific technique faults while building the fitness you need to swim 2000m confidently in open water conditions.

Available weekday mornings (6-7am, 7-8am, 8-9am) to fit your Dubai schedule before work. We will work directly with you to reinforce the key focus points from your T-100 training plan and address any specific challenges you're facing.
