1. Refund Guarantee
We want every athlete to succeed and feel supported. If, within the first 30 calendar days after your initial purchase, you are genuinely dissatisfied with the quality of service, you may request a full refund—provided you have actively engaged with the program as outlined in Section 2.
Why engagement matters:
SwimFast & DoZA coaching are performance-based. Results require completing the prescribed workouts and feedback loops. The guarantee is therefore results-based, not convenience-based.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a refund you must meet all of the following requirements during the 30-day period:
- Training Completion: Completed every workout assigned Monday–Sunday each week, exactly as prescribed (sets, distances, intensities, drills).
- Device Verification: Recorded each session on a Garmin, Suunto, Coros, Wahoo (or another pre-approved device).
- Timely Uploads: Synced each session to TrainingTilt or TrainingPeaks within 12 hours of finishing the workout.
- Formal Request: Emailed billing@icanswimfast.com from the address associated with your account, using the subject line “Refund Request,” within the 30-day window.
- Survey & Exit Call (optional): Completed a short feedback form or 15-minute exit call so we can improve the service.
Failure to satisfy any item above voids the guarantee, but you may remain a paying member until you cancel (see ToS §5).
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Fees are not refundable for circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to:
- Relocation or travel
- Schedule changes (“too busy”)
- Illness or injury after purchase
- Loss of facility or pool access
- Change of mind after 30 days
4. Digital-Product Acknowledgement
Your subscription grants immediate access to 20+ hours of video lessons, drill library, and your personalized stroke-analysis review (“Digital Content”).
By purchasing, you expressly request immediate supply of Digital Content and acknowledge that:
- Accessing or downloading Digital Content extinguishes any statutory “cool-off” rights to withdraw from digital purchases.
- This clause does not affect non-waivable consumer rights where prohibited by law.
5. Refund Method & Timeline
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method processed via Stripe.
- Processing time: up to 45 days after approval (bank clearing times vary).
- We will confirm by email once the refund is initiated.
- Chargebacks filed without first following the Section 2 procedure may be contested.
6. Subscription Cancellations vs Refunds
Cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle (see ToS §5). Refund reverses a prior charge under this 30-day guarantee. After 30 days, payments already made remain non-refundable.
7. How to Request a Refund — Step-by-Step
- Ensure you meet all eligibility items in Section 2.
- Email billing@icanswimfast.com within 30 days, attaching:
- Links to your TrainingTilt or TrainingPeaks calendar showing completed workouts;
- Device files or screenshots if requested for verification.
- We will review within 5 business days and confirm approval or request additional info.
- Once approved, expect the refund to post to your original payment method within 45 days.
