I understand and agree that:
Rory Buck, coach and creator of SwimFast, is not a doctor nor an on duty lifeguard. The advice and directions provided may not be suitable for everyone. Information shared with me has been compiled from Rory’s personal experience and reliable resources, but neither intends any guarantee of safety.
I agree that by following any of Rory’s suggestions I swim at my own risk and in the unlikely event of injury, accident, loss or damage suffered, regardless of however it may be caused no responsibility whatsoever shall be attached to Rory, SwimFast or any of its partners.
By following any of my suggestions I certify that I am physically fit and have no pre-existing medical conditions that would affect my swimming. I agree to swim at my own risk and understand the dangers associated with swimming, with the potential for serious personal injury; and property loss. I accept full responsibility for the use of Rory’s advice both written and verbal.
I agree to pay full fees for the services I am signing up for at the first session.
I understand that the validity of each package is agreed upon purchase.
1 Month Package Validity: 6 weeks from first session
3 Month Package Validity: 14 weeks from first session
I understand that failing to complete all sessions purchased in a package within the agreed time frame due to any reason (including holidays) is my responsibility. I agree that while Rory may work with me to accommodate my schedule, there is no obligation to reschedule or make up sessions.
Fees paid are non-refundable.
If you don’t swim faster after doing all of the customized workouts I send you each week and you prove you have done so by emailing each workout to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of completing the workout I will refund you 100%.
I ask you to show me you’ve completed the workouts because I know how effective they are when you do them. I have no intention of keeping your money if you are unhappy, but the only way to get the results is to get in and swim. I know you are busy, but if you can’t commit to at least working through the drills and workouts each week, then this type of coaching isn’t for you.
